Our systematic practices are designed to grow investment capital through our proprietary Maximum Value Protocol (M.V.P.) which analyzes a number of factors that impact an investment’s probability of success. This protocol was designed to offer the probability of generous capital growth while minimizing the risk for loss.

While we do not engage in fee based brokerage for other ownership groups, at Strongpoint Commercial Group, we do handle much of our brokerage activity in-house as a way to fortify the relationships with our tenants and to understand any emerging opportunities or threats presented by the marketplace.

At Strongpoint Commercial Group, we have developed trusted relationships with investors and lenders over the last two decades. These trusted relationships allow us access to capital and loan structures which often times are not available to other property owners. This is valuable to property owners and operators who may have a loan maturing or are seeing reduced cash flow due to certain lease terms that need time to roll off. Case in point, according to the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA), 16% of the $4.5 trillion in commercial real estate loans, across all asset classes, are maturing within the next twelve months. Those loans will reset at much higher rates, and leases may need more time to catch up to new costs.

Chad D. Commers

Chad Commers learned his first lessons about commercial real estate at a young age from going to work with his father. At nineteen, he began managing a fifty unit apartment complex by his college. Once out of school, he bought his first four-plex on a short sale. Now as the President of Strongpoint Commercial Group, that investment has proven to be the springboard that launched multiple investments comprised of hundreds of thousands of square feet of varied commercial property which he is responsible for.

Katherine Hudson

Katherine “Katie” Hudson is the Director of Property Management at Strongpoint Commerical Group. She has an extensive background in both commercial development and management, as well as large scale residential community management and brings a level of responsiveness and attention that our tenants value.

Mark Sullivan

Mark Sullivan is an entrepreneur and real estate investor. He has an incredible ability to get to the point of an issue, identify it, and lay out solutions for it. This ability is fortified by his background in economics, computer science, construction and business. Strongpoint is greatly appreciative to have Sullivan as an investor and advisor.
